Product Description
Castle 110 Pocket Cutter
Create Castle low-angle, professional pockets in seconds with the Castle 110 Pocket Cutter. The 110 cuts our exclusive low-angle pocket, makes fast, strong, and attractive joints for cabinets, bookcases, face frames and other woodworking projects, and minimizes the joint misalignment common with a drilled pocket. Since the screw's pilot hole is drilled from the opposite side, there is no accumulation of waste or tear out, allowing joined pieces to fit as tightly as possible.
Castle Pockets have smooth clean finishes and join seams flush, minimizing shift.

Awesome machine
I’m so impressed with the quality of the pocket hole cuts made by the Castle 110. They look so clean and elegant compared to the other pocket hole cutters sold by the big box retailers. The butt joints are perfect and strong which requires zero to minimal clamping. The Castle 110 had a few improvement over the previous model, Castle 100, to enhance its functionality and ease of use. The footprint is perfect for small shops like my garage. I’m really glad I made the purchase and I believe it’s worth the investment.

So easy a caveman can use it
Straight out of the box this thing cuts perfect pockets and expedited my projects immediately. The quality is obvious immediately. The drill bit, torq driver, screws, and machine are all carefully considered. I have little to no woodworking experience but am a handyman otherwise. This machine will expedite many projects and inspire me to make more.

Castle 110
Even with no prior experience with pocket hole joinery, my first day using this tool, I created almost 1000 pocket holes, averaging 11 seconds per hole. I didn’t need to make any adjustments to the tool, it was calibrated and ready to go right out of the box. I was able to assemble the frames with minimal clamping, and sometimes just hand pressure, and still got perfectly aligned joints. First day of use paid for the tool in full.
