Assembly Tables

Castle assembly tables feature proprietary quick clamps, Unistrut arms, and an open back design. Each table is manufactured at our headquarters in Petaluma California.

Our assembly tables, with their open-back design and clamping arms that smoothly glide on an open beam, provide added capacity for handling larger assemblies which extend beyond the top of the table. Common applications include:

  • Cabinet assembly – building cabinet boxes, face frames, drawers, and doors
  • Furniture assembly – assembling tables, chairs, casework, and other furniture components
  • Millwork and architectural woodwork – assembling panels, moldings, and custom fixtures
  • Clamping and gluing – holding parts in position while adhesives cure
  • Squaring and alignment – ensuring assemblies are dimensionally accurate
  • Hardware installation – mounting hinges, drawer slides, handles, and fasteners
  • Inspection and quality control – checking fit, finish, and assembly accuracy
  • Packaging preparation – staging products before shipping

Note: Glued, doweled, stapled, or mortise-and-tenon construction may require extensive space for clamping and curing. By contrast, manufacturers using Castle pocket cutting machines for their joinery can often reduce the shop floor area needed for assembly because components can be fastened immediately on our assembly tables and then moved to the next production step without waiting for glue to dry. This increases throuput and reduces shop floor space requirements.
