Your privacy is important to Castle. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, Castle has put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Castle uses the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order.
We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. For example, we may use your email to send you information about special promotions but give you the opportunity to opt out.
To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
Terms and Conditions
Orders Online via the Castle Web Store using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Fax 707-765-0953; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Phone toll-free 800-282-8338 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday. At other times you may leave a voicemail message which will be returned promptly. Most in-stock orders received by 2:30 PM PST will be shipped on the same day. To confirm that your order will ship the same day call Castle at 800-282-8338. Orders placed after hours, on holidays or on weekends will be processed the next business day after receipt. To change or cancel an order, call 800-282-8338 as soon as possible. Orders that have shipped may not be changed. For back orders scheduled to ship on a future delivery date, contact Castle directly to check on the its status or to change or cancel your order. Payment Methods We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept prepaid orders and will ship once your check has cleared. For COD orders please fax or call 800-282-8338. We do not accept COD orders for machinery orders or orders outside of the US. There is a $20.00 minimum order requirement. Out of Stock and Backordered Items Items showing out of stock on the website will be placed on back order. Lead times may range from 1 day to 3 weeks. Sub assemblies ("C-parts") generally have a 1-2 day lead time. For answers to any questions, call Castle directly at 800.282.8338. Shipping Select from one of these shipping preferences upon checkout: UPS Ground UPS Next Day Air UPS 2nd Day Air UPS 3rd Day Select Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box Machinery and bulky items such as Open Back Conversion Kits are shipped via LTL Freight carriers. Call Castle for a freight quote. Shipping costs for orders vary depending upon the method and options you choose. Shipping charges shown are estimated. Additional charges may apply for oversize and bulky packages, address corrections, incorrect/invalid address information and redirected deliveries, among others.
The customer is responsible for all freight-related costs. We reserve the right to charge the customer for applicable shipping & handling charges. Your UPS Tracking Number will be emailed to you via UPS Quantum View when your order has been completed. California Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within California. Machinery shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a $50.00 Transportation Fee. In Case Of Damage or Shortage Carefully inspect the packaging of your shipment before you accept receipt. If your package is damaged report it to the UPS driver before signing for it. Do not discard the packaging of any damaged or short shipment.
Whenever signing for freight, always write SUBJECT TO INSPECTION on the bill of lading. You are then covered, even if damages are found later, within 7 days. Please call Castle at 800.282.8338 immediately if your package is damaged for further instructions.
If there is damage that was not visible from the outside of the box, or if the packing slip is incorrect, please call 800-282-8338 or email sales@castleusa.com right away. In no case, except where prohibited by law, will our liability exceed the value of the products shipped. All shortages and damage must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Returns To return an item, please contact Castle for an RMA number (Return to Manufacturer Authorization) to ensure proper credit to your account prior to sending the item back. For exchanges, first obtain an RMA number to return the original and place your order for the item you wish to purchase. You will be refunded for your first order once the item has been received back at Castle.
